Who Needs Life Insurance
Life insurance covers the life of the policy holders and his family members. Many people are unaware of the importance of life insurance. Without life insurance, the family will have to find way to settle the death expenses such as burial, coffin, and etc. The lost of a breadwinner can also cause the family members to suffer because of having no stable income.
There are two main types of life insurance including term and life insurance. Term insurance offers protection between 1 – 10 years while permanent life insurance offer a lifetime of protection. If you only want coverage for a short term, you should choose the term life insurance. People that want to leave money for their heirs should buy permanent life insurance.
People who are starting a family can consider buying a life insurance. Since you are young, the premium rate is cheaper. Couples that are already established should get life insurance to protect their spouse and children. Children don’t have to purchase life insurance because no one is depending on them for income.
Young adults should also buy the life insurance. Even though young adults don’t have dependents, buying life insurance ensures that their family won’t be burdened with the funeral cost. If your parent is old, it is likely that they won’t be able to come up with the funds to pay for the burial expenses. Therefore, young adults should buy a life insurance. If you have other source of getting the funds, you don’t have to buy the life insurance.
Working couples that don’t have children must buy life insurance. If one of the partners brings in the most income, buying a life insurance will help to lower the financial burden of the other partner.
